Here's my build for very effective burst:
1. Martyr's Boots. Why? Because of +45 Energy Penetration.
2. Wand of Watoomb. This is item grants you a whopping +240 energy attack and +35% energy attack on top of that.
3. Arc Reactor. It gives +180 energy attack, +100% EP regeneration and +15% cooldown reduction.
4. Virus Cannon. +140 energy attack, +500 hp. +10% movement speed and +5% cooldown reduction. It also increases the damage dealt by your basic attack after casting an ability.
5. Cosmic Cube. +240 energy attack, +7% movement speed and grants your abilities to deal area effect damage.
6. Loki's Scepter. +180 energy attack and +40% energy penetration.
